Our mission and vision

Mission

Close to the heartbeat of God,
we inspire, strengthen and shape,
so that people around the world find Christ,
communities are reconciled
and societies flourish.

Vision

We see AM as an innovative, and multidirectional part of God’s worldwide movement, acting to touch people, spark faith in Christ, and give rise to a foretaste of God’s Kingdom in many places. 

We see places, communities and churches where people find Jesus, give a healing imprint to their environment, making it a place worth living in. 

We see women and men receiving empowerment to plan their lives in spite of difficult circumstances full of hope, based on their own decisions, and with dignity. Children experience protection and young people benefit from education. People are granted access to essential services and sustainability is being fostered.

We see leaders who are theologically fit and sound in character empowering and releasing people.

Everywhere around the globe new transcultural forms of communities and churches keep multiplying as an answer to the multiethnic reality in many cities.

We see communities in Germany who, connected with AM, take on responsibility on a global scale. Free evangelical churches as well as other churches and communities will be enriched in order to have healing influence work in their contexts.

We see young people stand up for this vision on this globe and develop it further using their talents. This movement is multidirectional. In it hierarchical concepts like global South or global North, male or female, materially poor or rich, young or old no longer matter!
God sends his people from everywhere to everywhere in order to make his righteousness visible and his liberating message audible.
