Region Digital

Since the beginning of 2023, the Alliance Mission has started to launch a digital region in addition to the geographical regions.

The realisation of how much digitalisation will also change global missions in the coming years and the discovery of the digital world as a separate country with its own cultures provided the impetus to boldly move forward and learn how digital missions can succeed in the future.

Work areas

• We have been on a mission among gamers with Daniel Schönke for several years now, supported by Christian Spiertz since 2023.
• In addition, Marie Rosalie, Rose de Jesus and Dorothea Buchfink are responsible for digital evangelisation in social media.
• We are investing in digital church planting – in Germany and worldwide.
• We are also experimenting with missions and AI.
• Ruth Gebhard is a filmmaker in the field of film and mission.

The most important task here is to bring together, network and support digital missionaries.
